Abstract

The diffable is someone who has a deficiency that causes the value or quality to be less good or less than perfect, as a result the diffable has limitations in obtaining education in public schools with other normal children. The government has made efforts to carry out nationality in the world of diffable education by organizing Inclusive Education. In Pangkalpinang City, there is Pangkalpinang City Regional Regulation No. 15 of 2015 concerning inclusive education. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the disability-friendly education policy in the Regional Regulation of the City of Pangkalpinang Number 15 of 2015, to identify variables that have an effect on and identify the challenges of implementing these regulations on schools in Pangkalpinang. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the Regional Regulation No. Pangkalpinang City. 15 of 2015 has not been implemented optimally in schools in Pangkalpinang City because there are still challenges from this implementation. The variables that affect the implementation of these regulations are environmental variables.
